At Mahekh.in, we ensure that every attar and fragrance product is carefully packed and shipped with full safety. Still, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. Please read our Shipping & Damage policy below:
1. Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days (may vary depending on your location and courier partner).

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Damaged Product Policy
We take utmost care in packing, but if you receive a damaged or broken product, please follow these steps:

Unboxing Video Required – A clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts/edits) is mandatory as proof of damage.

Report within 3 Days – You must inform us about the damage within 3 days of delivery by sending the video + order details to mahekhofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 88287 73548.

Verification – Once we verify the proof, we will arrange either:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund (only if replacement is not possible).

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 3 days will not be eligible for refund/replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or unsealed attar bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and fragrance sensitivity reasons.

Only damaged on arrival cases with valid proof are covered.
