Return Policy

We offer a 3-Day Return Policy only for damaged products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• A proper unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the damaged product and its packaging.
• Returns or replacement requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any claim if sufficient proof of damage is not provided.
