Refund policy

At Mahekh.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of fragrance/attar products, we have a strict Return & Replacement Policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Products Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Only damaged, leaked, or wrong products delivered are eligible for return/replacement.

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to end (without cuts/edits) as proof.

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Products

  • Opened, unsealed, or used products.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery.

  • Cases without an unboxing video proof.

  • Personal dislike of fragrance/smell (since attar preference is subjective).


3. Process for Return/Replacement

  1. Send an email/WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/replacement

    • Unboxing video proof

  2. Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 working days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement dispatch or refund (only if replacement is not possible).


4. Refund Conditions

  • Refund is only processed if the product is out of stock for replacement.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Refund will be done via bank transfer/UPI (customer must share details).
